2 ½ cups rolled oats
1 tsp ground cinnamon
½ tsp baking soda
½ tsp baking powder
pinch of sea salt
2 medium bananas, mashed
½ cup nut butter
¼ cup maple syrup or honey
3 tbsp coconut oil, melted
1 tsp vanilla extract
⅓ cup chopped nuts

To make //
preheat the oven to 325 F. in a large bowl, combine the rolled oats, cinnamon, baking soda, baking powder, and sea salt. whisk to combine, then add in the mashed banana, nut butter, maple syrup or honey, coconut oil, and vanilla extract. stir again. fold in the chopped nuts and chocolate chips (optional). scoop dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. bake for 15-18 minutes, or until just golden. let cookies cool after removing from oven. enjoy!
