Ingredients //
1 cup oats
1 cup milk
1/4 cup vanilla yogurt
1-2 tbsp maple syrup
1 tbsp chia seeds
2 tsp ground cinnamon
2 tsp vanilla extract
Pinch of sea salt
Makes about 2 servings
To make //
Add all the ingredients to a bowl or jar and stir until fully combined. Refrigerate for a few hours, or preferably overnight. Once ready to eat, top with your favorite toppings. Enjoy!
