pomegranate clusters. i’ve been seeing these everywhere and just knew i had to try them…SO GOOD! i love adding a little bit of pomegranate juice to the yogurt mixture to give them a little extra flavor + gorgeous pink color.
ingredients //
1 cup pomegranate seeds
½ cup greek yogurt
1 tbsp honey or maple syrup
¾ cup dark chocolate
1 tsp coconut oil
sea salt
to make //
in a mixing bowl, combine the greek yogurt + honey or maple syrup. you can also add a little pomegranate juice for flavor and color. stir until well combined. gently fold in the pomegranate seeds. using a spoon, form small clusters of the mixture and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. place in the freezer for about 30 minutes. once ready, melt the chocolate + coconut oil in a bowl. dip each cluster into the melted chocolate, then top with sea salt. place back onto the parchment paper-lined baking sheet, then freeze for another 15-20 mins. enjoy!
