Sleepytime Cherry Sorbet. One of my favorite easy desserts. Made with frozen cherries + raspberries, milk, and agave or honey.
Ingredients //
1.5 cups frozen cherries
1/2 cup frozen raspberries
1/2 cup nut milk
1-2 tbsp agave or honey, to taste
To make //
Add the frozen cherries, frozen raspberries, nut milk, and agave or honey to a blender or food processor. Blend until smooth and creamy. Once the sorbet mixture is blended, transfer it to an airtight container suitable for freezing. Use a container that has enough space for it to expand while freezing. Serve and top with a cherry!
If you want to serve the sorbet with a chocolate hard shell, microwave 1/2 cup chocolate chips + 2 tsp coconut oil in 20-30 second increments, stirring after each one until smooth. Allow to slightly cool then top on sorbet. It should harden just like magic shell!
