Viral Blueberry Yogurt Clusters! Super late to this trend but these are so delicious! I’ve been making these non-stop with blueberries, strawberries, and mango. They’re super creamy, easy to make, and absolutely delicious!
Ingredients //
2 cups blueberries
1 cup vanilla yogurt
1 cup chocolate chips
1-2 tsp coconut oil
Flaky sea salt
To make //
Start by washing your blueberries well, and then add them to a bowl once dry. Next, add the vanilla yogurt and stir until the blueberries are fully coated. transfer the coated blueberries onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, leaving some space between the clusters to prevent them from sticking together. Freeze them for about 30 minutes.
In a small microwave-safe bowl, melt the chocolate chips and coconut oil in the microwave on high heat, in 30-second intervals, stirring in between until fully melted. Once the blueberry and yogurt mixture is frozen, remove the baking sheet from the freezer and dip each cluster into the chocolate. Enjoy! Store any leftovers in the freezer for up to one week.
